Perused the Official Liquidator Report. Heard Official Liquidator.

Prayer in this report is to dissolve the Company M/s. Chandrapur Casting Pvt. Ltd. (in liquidation) under Section 481 of the Company Act, 1956 and to allow Official Liquidator to communicate the order to the Registrar of Companies at Mumbai and to further allow to weed out the record of company on completion of five years from the date of order. Having considered the report, proceedings of dissolution of Company are allowed. Accordingly, Official Liquidator is permitted to proceed further and dissolve the Company named above. He is also permitted to communicate the order of this Court to the Registrar of Companies at Mumbai. Company application along with Company petition is accordingly disposed of as prayed for.
