The petitions challenge the common order dated 12/03/2021, passed by the learned Industrial Court, Akola, whereby the application for grant of interim relief seeking stay to the effect and operation of the final order dated 31/08/2019 passed by the Controlling Authority/Labour Court has been rejected.

In the instant petitions, while issuing notices on 11/08/2021 interim stay in terms of prayer clause - B was granted, which had the effect of staying the effect, operation and implementation of the order dated 31/08/2019, passed by

the Controlling Authority/Labour Court, Akola. 3.

Both the learned counsels are agreeable that the said interim order dated 11/08/2021 can be continued during the pendency of the proceedings before the learned Industrial Court and the appeal before the learned Industrial Court can be directed to be decided within a fixed period of time, accepting which statement, all these writ petitions are disposed of by directing that the interim order dated 11/08/2021 by this Court shall continue during the pendency of the appeal before the learned Industrial Court, which shall be decided within a period of two months, subject to the result of Writ Petition No.4351/2021 and other connected matters.
