For the reasons stated in the application, the petition stands restored subject to payment of costs of Rs. 2,000/- (Rs. Two Thousand) to be paid to the High Court Bar Library, Nagpur within a period of two weeks. 4.

If the costs is paid and office objections are removed, list the petition on 16.7.2024.

If the petitioner fails to comply with this order, the petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to Court.
