The applicant is arrested on 10th March, 2016 in crime registered against him for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 341, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4 and 25 of the Indian Arms Act.

According to the prosecution, the applicant assaulted the victim with sword, victim Manish suffered injuries on his right thigh and complainant Mayur suffered injury on right side of chest. The learned advocate for the applicant has submitted that the victims were discharged on the same day of hospitalization. Considering the nature of accusations against the applicant, the facts on the record and as the non-applicant has not been able

2 ba278.16 to show that the custody of applicant is required for further investigation, the applicant is entitled to be released on bail. Hence, the following order:

(i) The applicant having been arrested in Crime No.78/2016 registered by the non-applicant, he be released on bail on furnishing P.R. bond for Rs.20,000/- (Rs. Twenty Thousand Only) and two solvent sureties in the like amount.

(ii) The applicant shall attend the police station Khadan, Akola on every Tuesday till the charge-sheet is filed. (ii) The application is allowed in the above terms. JUDGE Tambaskar.
