DATE : APRIL 24 2015 Though various contentions were urged in support of the review application, there is no error found on the face of the record warranting review of the order dated 18/03/2015.
It is then submitted that the applicant be granted liberty to apply before the trial Court to restrain the defendants from passing any adverse orders in the enquiry proceedings during pendency of the suit.
It is always open for the applicant to take such steps as are available in law and no express liberty is required to be obtained in that regard.
M.C.A. stands disposed of.
