DATED : October 09, 2019 By the order dated 02.04.2019 the petitioner was directed to pay maintenance to the respondent @ Rs.3,500/- per month. However till date such payment has not been made by the petitioner. I am therefore inclined to entertain the writ petition. It is however submited that during the pendency of the proceedings, the petitioner herein has amended his pleadings to bring on record his source of income. He therefore submits that the order dated 06.09.2018 is liable to be varied/modified accordingly. It is open for the petitioner to move the trial Court to seek variation/modification of the order dated 06.09.2018 passed below Exhibit 18 in accordance with law. Keeping all points in that regard are kept open, the writ petition is disposed of. No Costs. JUDGE Andurkar.
