The grievance of the petitioner was that though she has given option for Akola district and though there are several vacancies at Akola, the petitioner was given posting at Bhivandi.

In the affidavit-in-reply filed on behalf of respondent no.2, it is stated that respondent no.2 is ready to accommodate the petitioner and give posting to her in Akola district.

In that view of the matter, the grievance of the petitioner stands satisfied. The petition is disposed by taking the undertaking given on behalf of respondent no.2 on record.
