1] This contempt petition is with regard to the violation of an undertaking given by the wife that she would not seek adjournments in the proceedings before the Family Court. The Family Court proceedings are now already disposed off.

2] The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner desires to withdraw this contempt petition.

3] In view of the above, this contempt petition is disposed off as withdrawn.
