DATED : 25/01/2023 By this application, appellant is seeking stay to the implementation, execution and operation of the impugned judgment passed by Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Nagpur, by which Tribunal has awarded Rs.12,79,600/- to the claimants.

On depositing the entire decreetal amount along with the accrued interest within a period of eight weeks, the implementation, execution of the impugned judgment and award be stayed, till further orders. On failure to deposit the amount, the stay grated will be vacated automatically without reference to the Court.

Civil Application is disposed of.
