DATE : 5.8.2015 Heard Shri R.K. Thakkar, learned advocate for the petitioner and Shri K.L. Dharmadhikari, learned A.G.P. for respondent no.1. The petitioner challenged the notice dated 10th March, 2015 pursuant to the order passed by the Assistant Registrar Co-operative Societies under Section 107 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act. The sale was scheduled on 16th April, 2015. The petition has been filed on 13th April, 2015, however, it is not circulated. The petition was listed on 17th July, 2015 on which date a request was made on behalf of the petitioner for adjournment and it was adjourned accordingly. Today again a request is made for adjournment. It appears that there are no bona fides on the part of the petitioner to prosecute the petition. The petition is dismissed. No costs. JUDGE Tambaskar.
