The respondent prays that the stay granted by this Court to the execution of the decree for possession be vacated. It is stated in the application that since the appellate Court has held in favour of the respondent, he is entitled for possession.
The suit filed by the respondent was dismissed, but the appellate Court has passed decree for possession. The appeal has been admitted for hearing and therefore, possession of the appellants is liable to be protected. In view of aforesaid, prayer made in this application cannot be granted. However, hearing of the appeal is expedited.
Civil application is disposed of.
