This is an application for condonation of delay of 6905 days caused for filing the application for restoration of the first appeal.

Perused the application. Heard the learned Advocate for the applicant.

Considering the reasons stated in the application, the application deserves to be allowed as the delay is not caused deliberately. However, it would be proper to direct the applicant to pay costs of Rs.3,000/- to the Vidarbha Lady Lawyers' Association, Nagpur. The costs be deposited on or before 14.11.2024.
