Kshrisagar, the learned counsel for the applicant states that the applicant is ready to work on the post of Assistant Teacher, on which she is reverted as she would like to avail the benefit of the policy of seeking transfer under the HusbandWife Unification Scheme. It is stated that in view of the order of status quo, as granted by this Court, the respondent-Zilla Parishad is not considering the claim of the applicant for seeking transfer from

In the circumstances of the case, the respondent nos. 3 and 4 may consider the claim of the applicant for transfer from Panchayat Samiti, Umrer to Panchayat Samiti, Saoner, on the post of Assistant Teacher.

Civil Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms and disposed of.
