Shri Alok Daga, learned counsel, submits that earlier he was representing the petitioner No.1, however, subsequently, the petitioner No.1 has engaged Shri Futane, learned counsel and therefore, he prays for discharge from the present writ petition. 2.

Shri Daga, learned counsel, is accordingly, discharged. 3.

Shri Futane, learned counsel for the petitioners, submits that despite efforts taken by him to contact with the petitioners, the petitioners are not responding. He therefore, shows his inability to argue the matter. Accordingly, he filed a pursis along with letter issued by him and the acknowledgment as regards receipt of the same.

In the above referred backdrop, the writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
