NOVEMBER 13, 2025 1) Heard learned counsel for the respective parties. 2) Present petition is directed against the interim order dated 01/02/2019 passed by learned District Judge-5 in Misc.Civil Application No.277/2013, whereby the petitioner was directed to secure the presence of his two sons, through process of Court, for their examination in order to understand their feelings and desire.

3) Learned counsel for both the parties submitted that main proceeding is still pending.

4) Considering the above mentioned facts, without going into the merits of the matter, as it pertains to the custody of the children the District Judge-5, Amravati to decide the main proceeding finally within a period of six months. 5) In view thereof, the present writ petition is disposed of. All the points are kept open.
