Accepting the explanation given in the application, the order passed by the Registrar (J.) on 20/03/2018 is set aside and Civil Application No. 489/2018 is restored.

The miscellaneous civil application is allowed accordingly. No costs.

C.A.F. NO. 489/2018 Issue notice to the non-applicants/respondents. The non-applicants/respondents may file their reply/affidavit, if so advised, till 15/06/2018. List the application for further consideration on 19/06/2018.

The learned advocate for the applicant/appellant states that copy of the memorandum of appeal will also be

C.A.F. NO. 491/2018 There shall be ad-interim order in terms of prayer clause (i) of the civil application until further orders however, on condition that the applicant/appellant deposits the entire amount as per the impugned award with the Registry of this Court till 12/06/2018.

If the amount is not deposited within the stipulated time, this interim order shall cease to operate from 13/06/2018 and the claimants will be at liberty to proceed with the execution.

The civil application is disposed in the above terms.
