By this application, applicant is seeking transfer of amount of Rs.7,07,146/- deposited by the appellants in the registry of this court along with interest accrued thereon till the date of transfer to the registry of District Court at Achalpur. It is stated that the claimant is the old aged person and unable to attend this court. Along with this there are other reasons are also stated which are not controverted by the appellants. 2.

Hence, for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. Registry of this court is directed to transfer the amount of Rs.7,07,146/- deposited by the appellants with the registry of this court along with interest accrued thereon to the Adhoc District Court at Achalpur. 3.

After receipt of the amount, learned Adhoc District Judge, Achalpur is directed to disburse the same after due verification and undertaking of the claimants. (PRAVIN S. PATIL, J.) Gulande
