The learned Advocate for the applicants, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the application on behalf of the applicant Nos.1,2,5,6,7,9, 11,13,14 and 15.

This application is filed seeking pre-arrest bail apprehending arrest in crime registered against several persons (including the applicant Nos.3,4,8,10 and 12) for offence punishable under Sections 143, 147, 149, 323, 336, 427, 435 and 436 of the Indian Penal Code. 4.
According to the prosecution, after getting information that Smt. Nilima Nagpure and Smt. Chandrakala Lokhande were injured because of the dash given by Tempo driven by brother of the complainant
2 aba215.16 and Smt. Nilima Nagpure died because of the injuries suffered by her, the accused persons got enraged, found unlawful assembly started pelting stones, assaulted the complainant and his brother Samir Meshram went in the house and damaged the articles in the house.

The names of the applicant Nos.3, 4 and 8 do not find place in the First Information Report. The applicant No.10 is son of deceased Nilima Nagpure and applicant No.12 is husband of deceased Nilima Nagpure.
Considering the facts on record, in my view, the applicant Nos.3,4,8,10 and 12 are entitled for pre-arrest bail.

Hence, the following order :
i) In the event of arrest in Crime No.105/2016 registered by the non-applicant, the applicant Nos.3,4,8,10 and 12 be released on bail, on furnishing P.R. Bond for Rs.20,000/- each.
ii) The application is disposed accordingly.
