DATED : 06-08-2025 The applicants-respondents Nos. 1 to 4 have filed this application for permitting them to withdraw the amount lying in this Court along with interest accrued thereon, as the first appeal was dismissed on 06/09/2018, for which the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the appellant has no objection. 2.
Having considered the reasons disclosed in the application as well as no objection of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the appellant, the application is allowed as prayed. 3.
The Registrar (Judicial) is directed to transmit the amount of compensation lying in this Court, along with the interest accrued thereon, to the respective bank account of the applicants in proportionate amounts as per the award within a period of six weeks on their furnishing bank account details to the registry.
