Heard Shri G.L. Bajaj, learned Counsel for the petitioner, Ms. T. Khan, learned A.G.P. for respondent no.1 and Shri Masodkar, learned Counsel for respondent no.2.

Shri Bajaj, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as copy of orders under Section 41A of the Bombay Public Trust Act is still not available, the petitioner cannot proceed further and hence, prayers made before this Court need consideration.

Learned counsel for respondents submit

Order 0705wp2330.15 that the application moved by the petitioner is already rejected. Learned counsel for respondent no.2 submits that he has moved an application for certified copy, but, as orders are still not transcribed and the Presiding Officer is on leave, copies are not available. 4.

In this situation, we continue the interim orders passed by this Court for a period of four weeks more. The petitioner shall apply for certified copies immediately, if such application is not already filed. If such application is filed by the petitioner, as also the respondent no.2, the certified copies shall be made available to them within a period of one week. 5.

With liberty to parties to proceed further in the matter thereafter, in accordance with law, we dispose of the Writ Petition. No costs.
