2] The respondent is acquitted of the offence punishable under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 4, 5(m), 6 and 12 of the Protection of Children From Sexual Offfence Act, 2012 against which the State has come in appeal.

3] The Trial Court, however, has convicted the respondent for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366-A, 354 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 7 read with Section 8 of the Protection of Children From Sexual Offence Act, 2012. Being aggrieved by the conviction under these offences, the respondent has preferred Criminal Appeal No.208/2017 which is admitted. Since this appeal also arises from the same judgment, and after examining the facts following order:
