DATE : 10/08/2022 Present application is filed for grant of permission to withdraw balance amount of compensation. The apportionment of the amount is settled before the Mediator. As per the compromise, apportionment of amount is settled as referred in paragraph No.2. There is Power of Attorney executed in favour of respondent No. 3(a)(1) by the respondent No. 3(a)(2) to 3(a)(4). Learned Counsel placed on record a copy of settlement, consent letter by legal representatives of respondent No. 3(a) along with Aadhar Card, Power of Attorney and other

2 caf 1012-2022.odt documents. The consent letter is given by all the other members to deposit the amount in the account of respondent No.3(a)(1). As such application is allowed. Applicants are allowed to withdraw the amount as per share fixed before the Mediator along with accrued interest.

The Registry is hereby directed to transfer the amount of the share of respondent No. 3(a)(1 to 4) to the account of respondent No. 3(a)(1) - Smt. Sitamai Sudhakar Rangari, after verification of bank details and verification of consent letter placed on record. 3.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
