DATE : 14.7.2015 This application is filed by the petitioner praying for interim orders. The petitioner had made similar prayer in the petition, however, it was not granted and this Court while issuing Rule on 26th September, 2013 granted liberty to the petitioner to move appropriate application for interim orders. I do not find any change in the circumstances and the prayer made in the civil application is also identical to the prayer which is made in the petition.

The petitioner is seeking stay to the directions given by the Tribunal restraining the respondents 1 to 3 and the present petitioner

2 caw1245.14 from recovering the amount from the salary of the present respondents 4 to 18. If the interim order, as sought by the petitioner, is granted, it will have the effect of granting final relief. In view of the above, the prayer made by the petitioner is rejected. The civil application is dismissed. However, considering the facts of the case, the Co-operative Court, Amravati is directed to dispose of the disputes filed by the present petitioner/Society against the respondents 4 to 18 in this writ petition within six months.
