DATED : 08-04-2024 The issue pertains to grant of approval to the transfer of the petitioner No.3 from unaided to aided section. The intervenor has claimed that she is senior to the petitioner and as such the petitioner ought not to have been transferred.

Let the said issue be decided by the Education Officer for whom the learned Assistant Government Pleader is appearing.

After hearing both the petitioner and the intervenor, the parties agree that they shall appear before the Education Officer on 30-4-2024.

The petition is disposed of accordingly.
