DATE : 19.1.2015 Shri D.N. Kukday, the learned advocate for the appellant submits that the deficit court fees shall be paid till 30 th January, 2015.

If the deficit court fee is paid within the stipulated time, the Miscellaneous Civil Application No.652/2014 shall stand allowed and the First Appeal Stamp No.1817/2014 shall stand restored. In addition, the appellant shall deposit Rs.1,000/- with the Legal Aid Services Sub-Committee, High Court, Nagpur and produce the receipt on the
