DATE : 26-09-2025 This Court vide order dated 12-9-2025 has proposed the name of Shri K.G. Rathi (Retired District Judge) as an Arbitrator and had sought his consent and disclosure statement in writing as per Sections 11(8) and 12(1) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. In response, vide letter dated 23-9-2025, Shri K.G. Rathi (Retired District Judge) has forwarded his consent letter and disclosure statement. 2.

In view of the said letter, Shri K.G. Rathi (Retired District Judge) is appointed as Arbitrator to resolve the dispute between the parties. The applicant to pay Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) as his personal fees with the registry. 3.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
