Heard Shri A. A. Naik, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs. Bharati Dangare, learned Government Pleader for the respondents.
As the matter is being heard in the backdrop of earlier adjudication by this Court in Writ Petition No. 670/2011 on 29-3-2011, the learned Government Pleader submits that the application made by the petitioner is not decided, steps will be taken to decide it within reasonable time. Anxiety expressed by the petitioner is that though there is positive recommendations in favour of the petitioner on 27-12-2011 and 9-11-2012 and as application is not being decided, the market price may vary to his prejudice.
In this situation, if application of .....2/-
wp2230.15 petitioner is still not decided, we direct respondent no. 1 to take suitable decision upon it within the period of three months from today. Leaving all contentions of Advocate Naik open, we dispose of the writ petition with no order as to costs.
