After hearing at length, we have expressed our non inclination to grant bail. At this stage, learned Advocate appearing for appellant seeks permission to withdraw with liberty to apply fresh, if trail would not commence earlier. 2.

In view of the above, appeal stands disposed since withdrawn with liberty to the appellant to apply fresh to this Court after six months, if charges are not framed. 3.
