This application is for condonation of 73 days' delay caused in filing appeal against judgment dated 15/11/2016 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Akot in Criminal Appeal No.23/2006 vide which judgment dated 3/7/2006 passed by Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Akot in Regular Criminal Case No. 22/2005 convicting respondent nos.1 and 2 for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A and 323 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code came to be set aside. For the grounds mentioned in paras 3 and 4 of the application, delay caused is found satisfactorily explained. The application is, therefore, allowed.
