DATED : APRIL 13, 2023 By order dated 07.02.2023, the appellant was directed to deposit the entire decretal amount of compensation within a period of four weeks and on the said condition, the effect, operation, and execution of the impugned judgment and award was stayed. The amount was not deposited as per the order.
