The contraband substance has been seized. There are no antecedents to the applicant. Therefore, I am of the view that anticipatory bail can be granted to the applicant. Application is allowed and the interim bail granted to the applicant vide order dated 28th March 2018 is hereby confirmed on the same conditions with the modification and addition as under:

(1) Now, the applicant shall attend the Police Station as and when required.

(2) Applicant shall maintain peace and good behaviour and shall not indulge in any criminal activities, failing which the bail granted under this order to the applicant shall be liable to be cancelled at the instance of the prosecution.
