This is an application for grant of pre-arrest bail.

After hearing the learned Counsel for the applicant to some extent and after going through the investigation papers, I have shown my disinclination to grant bail to the present applicant considering the various offences of the similar nature are registered against the applicant and he has not mentioned the criminal antecedents in the application.

In view of that, learned Counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application. 4.
