After hearing learned counsel for the applicant to some extent and after going through the investigation papers, it reveals that the applicant is shown to be absconding and charge-sheet is filed against him under Section 239 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. In view of that, the application for grant of anticipatory bail cannot be entertained. 3.
Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the present application.

Permission is granted to withdraw the present application. The criminal application is disposed of as withdrawn.
