Heard Ms. Preeti D. Rane, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs. G.R. Tiwari, learned AGP for respondent Nos. 1 & 4.

The learned AGP for respondent No. 1 has produced before this Court a copy of communication dated 16.03.2019 received by her from the Deputy Director/ Member Secretary of the Scheduled Tribe Caste Scrutiny Committee, Gadchiroli, which is also annexed with a copy of Validity certificate granted to the petitioner. These documents are taken on record. They are collectively marked as 'X'. They show that the validity has been granted to the social status claimed by the petitioner. This would serve the purpose of this petition.

Writ Petition is, therefore, disposed of as having worked itself out. No order as to costs.
