Heard.

What is under challenge is the impugned order dated 24.03.2015 in Criminal Revision 1/2015. Admittedly, the revision is pending.

The issue canvassed in the revision is about the validity of order under Section 156 (3) of the Cr. P. C. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there was no occasion for the respondent to challenge the order under Section 156

(3) of the Cr.P.C. before the revisional Court. However, I find that the revision is pending before the Sessions Court and this writ petition can be disposed of by directing the learned Sessions Judge to dispose of the revision itself within a stipulated time.

In that view of the matter, following order is passed.
