By the present application, the non-applicant Nos.1 to 6 are seeking to withdraw 75% of the decreetal amount deposited by the applicant-Insurance Company. 3.
Perusal of impugned award shows that in operative order, the Tribunal has passed the following order : "3] On realization of compensation amount, an amount equivalent to 50% of the shares of claimant no.1, 5 and 6 be invested in any Nationalized Bank initially for a period of three years. The remaining amount be given to claimant No.1, 5 and 6 by account payee cheque only after due identification and verification.
4] On realization of compensation amount, entire amount of the shares of claimant no.2 to 4 be invested in any Nationalized Bank initially for a period of three years."

In view of above, the non-applicant Nos.1, 5 and 6 are permitted to withdraw 50% of the decreetal amount TAMBE
33 CAF-1062-2024 alongwith accrued interest, if any.

Non-applicants may renew their request for withdrawal of decreetal amount, as per condition enumerated in the impugned award.
