The petition has been filed by the petitioner for direction to the respondents to release her terminal benefits which are payable by the respondent nos. 2 & 3. Mr. M.V. Samarth, learned Advocate for respondent nos. 2 & 3, submits that the respondent nos. 2 & 3 would be receiving grants from the State Government and as such, would be in a position to repay the dues of the petitioner. He, however, submits that there are other persons also whose dues are to be paid and the petitioner's claim would be considered in accordance with the priority as determined under the relevant guidelines.

The petition is disposed of by taking the aforesaid statement on record.

Fees payable to the learned Counsel appointed for the petitioner are quantified at Rs.1500/- J. Judge Judge
