Order 2702wp2216.12
IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY

WRIT PETITION No. 2216/2012.
Shilpa Mukundrao Bhande
VERSUS
Maharashtra State Council of Examination Board, Pune and others. _____________________________________________________________________________________ Office Notes, Office Memoramda of Coram, appearances, Court's orders of directions Court's or Judge's orders.
and Registrar's Orders.
CORAM : B.P. DHARMADHIKARI AND A.P. BHANGALE, JJ.
DATE : FEBRUARY 27, 2015.
None for petitioner and respondent no.1.
Shri P.A. Kadu, learned Counsel for respondent nos. 2 and 3.
Perusal of communication dated 20.08.2011, shows that 54 more meritorious candidates than petitioner were still to be recruited and on waiting list.
Petitioner has approached this Court with a
Order 2702wp2216.12 grievance that though she has been selected, appointment order has not been issued.
Facts show that erroneously she has been shown as a person from Ex-service man category. The category has been changed/modified lateron, and she has been shifted to SBC. As more meritorious candidates than petitioner are still in waiting list, it is apparent that her legal right cannot be said to be violated. Writ Petition is, therefore, rejected. No costs.
