Heard learned counsel for the rival parties.

There is immediate statement of Dhanraj Maroti Nakshine recorded by the Forest Department, saying clearly that the applicants along with others have played a mischief even though unintentionally by burning garbage and the waste material near the boundary of forest area, as a result of which considerable area of the forest was burnt and was required to be extinguished by the Department.

It is high time that if the villagers living near the forests are allowed to continue such mischief causing danger to one and all, it must be stopped.

In the circumstances, no case is made out for grant of anticipatory bail. Hence application is rejected. Judge |hedau|
