The learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that since certain deficiencies were found in the proposal that was submitted by the respondent nos. 1 and 2 in the matter of paying arrears of salary to the petitioner, the same have been communicated to the Head Mistress of the respondent no.2-School.

Shri B.G.Kulkarni, learned counsel appearing for the respondent nos. 1 and 2 to obtain necessary instructions as to whether said deficiencies have been removed or not.

Based on the aforesaid, the respondent no.4 to take further steps in the meanwhile.
