DATE : September 08, 2017 On 21/07/2017, notice was issued in the appeal after framing a substantial question of law. A pursis has been filed on 31/08/2017 along with terms of compromise duly signed by the parties. As per this compromise, the appellant has paid amount of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten lakhs) to the respondent. In view thereof, the parties have stated that the dispute does not survive. The parties are present in Court today and are identified by their respective counsel. In view thereof the appeal is permitted to be withdrawn in terms of the compromise and disposed of as such.
