The present application is filed by the applicant to transfer the matter which is pending before the Family Court at Pune to Family Court at Nagpur. The learned counsel for applicant has stated that the applicant is staying at Nagpur with her parents. Two proceedings filed by her against her husband are pending before the Family Court at Nagpur.

Though the non-applicant is served, he is not present since last two to three dates. So also, nobody has filed power on his behalf.

The non-applicant/husband has filed the petition for restitution of conjugal rights before the Family Court at Pune. As two proceedings are Prity

2 / 2 43.mca462.2023corr already pending in Family Court at Nagpur and there is nobody to escort her to Pune, it is convenient for both the parties if the matter pending before the Family Court at Pune is transferred to Family Court at Nagpur.

Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

The applicant is staying at Nagpur along Corrected as per Court's order dated 03.10.2025 with her parents and two proceedings i.e. for maintenance and divorce are pending before the Family Court at Nagpur. It is not possible for her to attend the Court at Pune. As the non-applicant has to attend the Court at Nagpur in other two proceedings it will cause no prejudice to nonapplicant if same date is taken in all the matters. 6.

In view of above, the Miscellaneous Civil Application is allowed. The Petition bearing No.A2073/2022 pending before the Family Court at Pune is transferred to the Family Court at Nagpur. 7.

Miscellaneous Civil Application stands disposed of.
