The application is for grant of bail.

Learned APP pointed out that the earlier bail application of the present applicant is already rejected and the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and extension is granted to the trial Court of four months by order dated 09.04.2025. It is further directed that the trial Court shall not seek further extension to dispose of the trial. Learned APP further submitted that 15 witnesses are already examined and trial is on the version of its completion. In view of that, the application is disposed of with liberty to file the application after four months from 09.04.2025 if the trial is not concluded.
