Though the same is opposed, however learned counsel for the appellant Mr. Ingole, upon instructions, having made a statement, that the appellant/original claimant shall not be entitled to any statutory benefits including the interest payable under the Land Acquisition Act for the period of delay, which statement is accepted as a statement made before the Court, the delay is condoned subject to the aforesaid statement made by the learned Counsel for the appellant. First Appeal St No.7478/2017 The appeal challenges the judgment dated 11-06-2015 passed by the Reference Court on the ground that that the compensation claimed before the learned Reference Court ought have been fully allowed, considering which, Admit.
