Hearing was conducted through video conferencing and the learned counsel agreed that the audio and visual quality was proper.

2] This application is a gross abuse of the process of law.

3] The applicant, who is facing more than 22 prosecutions has preferred a third application seeking grant of bail in connection with Crime 136/2018 registered for offence punishable under sections 380, 395 and 457 of the Indian Penal Code.

4] The earlier bail applications are rejected on merits.

ba398.20.O.odt 5] According to the prosecution, the applicant is a member of inter-state gang of house breakers/dacoits. 6] The learned counsel Shri Wagh justifies the filing of the third application on the ground that the applicant is entitled to bail in view of the pandemic. The justification is untenable.

7] The application is devoid of substance, and is rejected.
