At the out set, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner has joined the post which was offered to the Petitioner by the Respondent No. 1 and there is no grievance as far as joining on the post is concerned. Therefore, the cause agitated in the Petition stands redressed.

As far as the claim of the Petitioner for the salary for the intervening period is concerned, the Respondents have not rejected the claim of the Petitioner. If the Respondents reject the claim, the Petitioner has her remedy open. With this observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
