DATE : 29.06.2015 Heard the learned Counsel for the rival parties. I have seen the statements of the eyewitnesses recorded by the Investigating Officer. It is clear that there are eyewitnesses to the incident and the injuries are on the chest by means of a knife. Prima facie case is made out against the applicant and consequently, he will not be entitled to the relief of bail. Hence, the following order.
