3] The appeal of the applicant/appellant came to be dismissed for not removing the office objection. The applicant got knowledge on the receipt of e-mail dated 03.07.2020. Initially, for the reason of not attending the matter and later on due to Covid situation, the appellant could not take necessary steps, now they are taken. 4] The reason for not removing the office objection is unintentional and bonafide. The matter needs to be restored by condoning the delay, yet notice is not issued on the main appeal. Hence, the order:-

ORDER

a] The delay caused in moving restoration application is condoned.

b] The First Appeal Stamp No. 1064/2020 is restored.

c] The applicant/appellant is granted two weeks' time to remove office objection.

d] Civil application is disposed of.
