Heard.
2.
In the present matter, the applicant's limited grievance is that while carrying out the investigation as directed by the Sessions Court under Section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the Police did not conduct a proper investigation or, in fact, did not conduct any investigation at all, and therefore, the prayer is made for direction to make the proper investigation. 3.
Learned Additional Public Prosecutor pointed out that after investigation, the C-Summary is prepared and the same came to be produced before the concerned Principal District and Sessions Judge.
4.
In view of the fact that the investigation is completed and C-Summary has been produced before the concerned Judge, and looking that a remedy is available to the applicant to file a protest petition, we are not inclined to entertain this application.
5.
Furthermore, the allegation that political
2 905.apl.321.2025 influence is being applied in preventing the police from investigating the matter in the right direction, cannot be entertained for the reason that as there are no specific pleadings made in the application against any political leader and made party to the present proceedings. 6.
In that view of the matter, the application is disposed of with liberty to take appropriate steps as available in the law including filing of a protest petition. (PRAVIN S. PATIL , J.
