Heard the learned Counsel for the rival parties.
Except for the extra judicial confession of the complainant and the two others, there is no other witness in the instant case. The applicant can be asked to keep away from the village in order to that the applicant does not tamper with the prosecution evidence or threaten the witnesses. Hence, I make the following order :- Order A] Criminal Application (BA) No.261 of 2015 is allowed.
B] The applicant shall be released on bail on executing a PR Bond in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- with one surety in the like amount.
C] The applicant shall not enter the boundary of village Kumarguda, TqBhamragad, Dist- Gadchiroli. D] The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence and shall not influence the witnesses.
